This thought is both terrifying and hopeful all at the same time.
For those of you like me who have never heard of this term, The Anthropocene defines Earth's most recent geologic time period as being human-influenced, or anthropogenic, based on overwhelming global evidence that atmospheric, geologic, hydrologic, biospheric and other earth system processes are now altered by humans. Now, up until this interview I had never heard of the word The Anthropocene but it has had me thinking a lot about why we are seeking out purpose in our lives at this time more than ever.
